The comos9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age requirement applies to all players regardless of their country of residence. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
Comos9 reserves the right to request identity documents to verify a Member's age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any balance refunded, less any winnings derived during the unverified period.

Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one comos9 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
All information provided during registration and subsequently at any point during account use must be truthful, accurate, and current. Comos9 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Comos9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Comos9 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Members before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address dated within the past three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal holds.
The comos9 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, including operating the platform as a business or reselling services, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from comos9.
Comos9 endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Comos9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
Access to the comos9 platform requires a compatible internet-connected device. Members are responsible for any costs associated with internet access and device usage. Comos9 does not provide hardware or software to Members.

Comos9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, which are subject to change at our discretion: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC and USDT).
All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Any balance funded via a third-party payment source may be forfeited.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Comos9 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for Members who have completed KYC verification. Processing times for unverified accounts or unusual transaction patterns may be extended. Comos9 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or fraud checks.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the specific capabilities of the payment provider. In exceptional circumstances, comos9 may process withdrawals via an alternative method, subject to KYC verification.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, birthday bonuses, and promotional offers issued by comos9 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of issuance. General conditions set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within any stated time limit. Failure to complete wagering within the stated period will result in the automatic removal of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
Welcome bonuses and sign-up promotions are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Comos9 may decline to award a bonus if it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Comos9 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, comos9 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit derived winnings, and suspend or close the account.
Participation in the comos9 loyalty programme, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP tiers, is governed by the loyalty programme terms published on the platform. Tier status, points, and associated benefits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the comos9 platform.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the platform at the moment the bet is confirmed by the Member. Comos9 is not liable for any technical errors that result in incorrect odds being displayed, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.
A bet is only valid once a confirmation message has been received by the Member. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference should be verified with customer support before additional wagers are placed on the same event.
Comos9 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, palpable pricing errors, market suspension, technical faults, or evidence of fraud or collusion. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account.
In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. Comos9 accepts live bets at the odds confirmed at the precise moment of acceptance. Network delays on the Member's side may result in a bet being offered at odds different from those the Member observed — the odds at acceptance time govern.
Comos9 applies maximum payout limits per event and per Member, details of which are published on the platform. Any winnings in excess of applicable limits will be adjusted to the maximum permitted payout.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the comos9 platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the comos9 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Comos9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the comos9 platform without prior written consent from comos9.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, comos9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
Comos9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from: service interruptions beyond our reasonable control; errors in odds or results data provided by third-party data suppliers; technical failures on the Member's device or internet connection; or any fraudulent use of the Member's account resulting from the Member's own failure to maintain credential security.
Nothing in these Terms limits comos9's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Comos9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options to assist Members in maintaining control of their gambling activity.
